Alongside her team, she has built lasting client relationships and delivered projects in cities like London, Melbourne, Sydney, Tokyo, and New York. This has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of both local and global challenges faced by organizations striving to keep up with a rapidly evolving world.
Non-Executive Director & Chairman
Sir Philip is an independent advisor to the Trustees of the Grosvenor Estate – the Duke of Westminster’s property business – and recently chaired the governing Council of Imperial College, London. He was previously the executive Chairman and a Trustee of Arup Group where he spent most of his career working with architects on building projects around the world. Philip was formerly the Chairman of the Environment Agency – the UK Government’s largest arms-length independent body, and before that he was Chairman of London First. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects and was knighted for services to engineering in 2014.

Lois spent 10 years at WPP the marketing communications company. She was CEO at Landor, a branding and design consultancy with 27 offices in 21 countries. Prior to joining Landor, she was CEO at FITCH, a global retail branding, architecture, and design consultancy. At WPP she restructured and grew global businesses and as a strategic brand consultant she has worked across many diverse sectors with multiple stakeholders. In recent years she has sat on the boards of the NGO Oxfam, the Queens Platinum Jubilee (UK) and GEMS Education (Dubai).

Rachel is the Chief Investment Officer of Benenson Capital Partners, a privately held, US based real estate company, where she leads the company’s development, investment, and asset management strategies. Before joining Benenson, Rachel led the NYC Economic Development Corporation as President & CEO, the NYC agency tasked with creating shared prosperity across the city, creating good jobs and growing the economy. In addition, with annual revenues of US$250M, she oversaw a diverse 60M square foot portfolio and managed a US$10B+ capital budget. Prior to joining NYCEDC, she was a real estate developer and created or acquired more than US$1.5B of mixed-use assets and over 3,000 units of mixed-income housing across the northeast. Her career began in Vietnam working on the country’s first master-planned community.

Domenic is an architect who breaks from convention to unlock spatial potential. Having led projects in Australia, Europe and Asia, Domenic’s work refuses to be defined by a single typology – ranging from mixed use developments that redefine the way nature can be woven into a city, experiential large-scale transportation links, landmark commercial precincts, holistic masterplans and residential that defines the way we will live tomorrow. Domenic consistently draws from the unique context of his projects to ensure one-of-a-kind outcomes that are true to their setting. From concept to completion, Domenic ensures that a project’s narrative breathes life and personality throughout – resulting in outcomes that are surprising and delightful down to the detail.

Jean holds a master’s degree in architecture and has over 30 years of experience in architecture, urban design, and planning in Australia, New Zealand, and China. She has a broad range of design skills across commercial offices, retail, and residential to add value to large scale mixed-use development and urban regeneration upgrade. Her experiences through different stages of the design process will generate as much enthusiasm and energy from the design of a minor component of the construction process to the masterplan for a new city.

Thomas is an Architect and a Fellow of the AIA. He has over 25 years of diverse sectorial experience across education, research, health, cultural/civic, workplace and lifestyle sectors, including project management of government and private sector clients. He has been responsible for leading a diverse range of significant projects including corporate fitouts, university, commercial, retail, institutional, industrial, defence and research facilities. His high-level design, management and delivery skills produce both technically sound and innovative design solutions.

Richard is an award-winning RIBA and UK registered Architect and Principal with 20 years of wide-ranging international experience. Since early 2011 Richard has led some significant and notable projects including the Dubai Exhibition Centre, IRENA HQ building and Etihad Eco Residences at Masdar City, along with high profile mixed-use, lifestyle and commercial developments in the region. In addition to providing regional leadership he also engages at a global level, developing business strategy, championing sustainability and driving innovative Workplace Architecture. Through his experience Richard strives to bring thought leadership, commercial acumen, design excellence and a collaborative and engaging approach to every project, maximizing the outcome for our Clients.
Chief Operating Officer
Larisa has over 20 years of experience advising privately owned businesses through complex restructuring, international expansions, financing transactions and strategic business planning. She was also previously a partner at KPMG and Grant Thornton and is a Chartered Accountant. Through these roles, she gained deep experience in practice management, as well as leading the HR function of the Private Clients division, IT system procurement and implementation, and outsourcing projects to India.
Chief Financial Officer
Peter is an experienced senior finance executive who has worked extensively in service-based businesses within the professional services, construction, and industrial sectors. He has worked in the U.K., U.S., Middle East, Australia and Asia within various roles such as a CFO in private and ASX-listed companies, an interim CEO role, Commercial Director in a private equity firm, and Partner at KPMG—where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
